I founded this service because I saw a growing need for reliable, one-on-one personal assistance. Many companies automate their customer service, leaving people stuck in endless loops. Technology changes daily and paperwork only seems to get more complicated.

I have been living in Tasmania for over 27 years. I worked in various industries including being a legal secretary in Sydney and worked for Barristers and the Independent Commission Against Corruption. Whilst living in Sydney I was a Justice of the Peace.
When I moved to Fingal, Tasmania, I applied to become a JP and was successful in becoming one in February 2005.
I have helped people make holiday bookings, create resumes. I don’t have any fancy papers to say what I have studied but I have a great knowledge from lived experiences.
